Buying Groups allows you to group your team and assign monthly and order spend limits.
We understand that for businesses with complex spending patterns, it's important to stay on top of finances with controlled budgets. With the SafetyCulture Marketplace, you can set custom budgets for individual users or buying groups based on projects or location, so they can only purchase within order and monthly limits.
So that frontline teams don't get completely blocked from buying what they need for their work, they can request approvals for orders that exceed their budget, and orders will only be placed once it's approved by an Admin in the Marketplace.
How do I get started?
1. Create a free SafetyCulture account by clicking here or via the link in the header.
2. Invite users to your organisation who you want to give access
3. Load Marketplace and select 'Settings' in the header
4. Securely save a credit card against your account that you want your team to use for purchases (NOTE: your team will never see the details).
4. Create a buying group and set your desired order and monthly budget limits
5. Assign your team members into the relevant buying group and enjoy streamlined ordering that you always remain in control of
