The JACKPOD series is designed to be installed into an existing concrete surface and to provide a permanent support for the installation of a davit arm. May only be used with SKYLOTEC´s DAVITS and also all accessories must be designed, manufactured and/or approved by SKYLOTEC. All parts must be installed, inspected, maintained and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. The structures selected for the installation of this sleeve must be capable of supporting a minimum of 1000Nm (90,000 in-lb) moment and 22.24 kN (5000 lbs) vertical load. Also, the fasteners used to secure this sleeve must have an installed ultimate pull-out strength of at least 17.79 kN (4000 lbs) per fastener. Failure to do so must be approved by a qualified person to indicate an appropriate safety factor for the particular applications in accordance with the applicable regulations.
