Adheres to a Wide Range of Automotive Surfaces: 3M™ Platinum™ Select Filler includes adhesion promoters for extreme adhesion to the latest properly prepared substrates in automotive collision repair, including galvanized steel, aluminum, e-coat, fiberglass, sheet molding compound (SMC) and fiber reinforced polymer (FRP). Its advanced formula includes resins which allow it to adhere to cured epoxies, urethanes and 2K primers, eliminating the need to sand to bare metal. Along with the corrosion protectant included in the formula, this greatly reduces the chance of corrosion.
