Different users can be assigned various buying privileges through Buying Groups. Choose the level of control that works for each team.

Full Range

Allow users to purchase any item within Marketplace. No restrictions on what can be ordered.

Approved Items Only

Restrict purchasing to only your pre-approved catalog. Users cannot order anything outside the approved range.

Hybrid

Auto-approve catalog items instantly. Non-catalog items can still be ordered but require manager approval first.
