Google Analytics: We have enabled Google Analytics Advertising Features including Remarketing Features, Advertising Reporting Features, Demographics and Interest Reports, Store Visits and Google Display Network Impression reporting. We and third-party vendors use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) or other first-party identifiers, and third-party cookies (such as Google advertising cookies) or other third-party identifiers together.

You can opt-out of Google Analytics Advertising Features including using a Google Analytics Opt-out Browser add-on found here. To opt-out of personalised ad delivery on the Google content network, please visit Google’s Ads Preferences Manager here or if you wish to opt-out permanently even when all cookies are deleted from your browser you can install their plugin here.  To opt out of interest-based ads on mobile devices, please follow these instructions for your mobile device: On android open the Google Settings app on your device and select “ads” to control the settings. On iOS devices with iOS 6 and above use Apple’s advertising identifier. To learn more about limiting ad tracking using this identifier, visit the settings menu on your device.

Overseas disclosure

We process personal information on our servers in many countries around the world. We may process your personal information on a server located outside the country where you live.

We may use cookies on our website from time to time. Cookies are text files placed in your computer's browser to store your preferences. Cookies, by themselves, do not tell us your email address or other personally identifiable information. However, they do recognise you when you return to our online website and allow third parties, such as Google and Facebook, to cause our advertisements to appear on your social media and online media feeds as part of our retargeting campaigns. Appendix 1 – Your Rights

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended from time to time, (hereinafter “California Law”) grants California residents certain additional rights regarding the personal information that we may collect, disclose, share or sell. For purposes of this section, “Personal Information” means anything that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could be reasonably linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular California consumer or household. We do not collect, use or sell Personal Information of children age 16 or under.

Your Rights with Regard to Your Personal Information under California Law

If you are a resident of California, California Law may provide you with the following rights regarding your Personal Information:

Requests

California residents may make a request pursuant to your rights under the CCPA by contacting us at privacy@safetyculture.io. To ensure that the request is coming from you and to protect the security of your Personal Information, we will verify your request using 2 out of the following 4 data points to verify your identify: (1) email address; (2) telephone number; (3) description of the product or service you purchased or inquired about, and (4) the security code from your credit card. If you are requesting to delete sensitive information, you must provide us with us with 3 out of the following 4 data points described above to verify your identity. Government identification may be required.

Only you or an authorized agent (“Authorized Agent”) may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. You also may make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. When an Authorized Agent is submitting a request on your behalf, we may requireyour Authorized Agent to provide evidence of their entitlement, which may include information sufficient to identify you and the purpose of the request, and at least one of the following:

California’s Shine the Light law.

California residents with an established business relationship with us can request information once a year about sharing their Personal Information with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
