How much is shipping?

Any order over $150 is shipped free of charge.

Orders less than $150 are charged at a flat rate of $9.

Where do you ship to?

We can ship to virtually any address in the US. At this time, products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Can I return an item?

Some items may be returned if they are new, unopened, and within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

However, many safety items cannot be returned once shipped. This is because these items cannot be resold due to the chain of custody being broken, which affects assurance of the product’s fitness for purpose.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This timeframe includes:

• 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper

• 3 to 5 business days to process your return once received

• 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund
